I know your time is limited and there are dozens of posts to read and things to do, but I invite you to spare eight minutes of your time to relax and abandon yourselves to the beauty of this journey. Please do accept to come with this dragon on a beautiful vacation across my country while you listen to one of my favorite Mexican master pieces of music. I give you my word these marvels will make each minute worth, and you know Father Dragon doesn't take his word lightly.
For a better experience, please choose full screen. For those Star Wars true fans, see if you can tell me in which minute a landscape from "Planet Yavin" appears.
So whoever dreamed on riding a dragon, this is your one in a lifetime chance. Come my friends, that Father Dragon is taking off!
Thank you for flying with Dragon Airlines and for giving yourselves this break. I really hope you've enjoyed your 8.31 minute vacation with me.
I don't fly often, but when I do, I fly Dragon Air. Thanks for the trip.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the trip, enjoyed it especially first thing this morning.
ReplyDeleteYvonne.
Such a beautiful country. Thanks for showing it to us. :-)
ReplyDeleteThat was incredible! That mountain lion was running right at the camera. Beautiful country, Al - thanks!
ReplyDeleteI had never realised what a beautiful country Mexico is, I loved the cats in particular. I loved flying dragon back too. Only way to travel. Thanks Father Dragon. Lucky Dwarves.
ReplyDeleteJO ON FOOD, MY TRAVELS AND A SCENT OF CHOCOLATE
Oh that's fabulous. Thanks for the lift, Father Dragon.
ReplyDeleteThat was an amazing trip. Dragons are a stylish way to fly. Also digging the trippy new background on here.
ReplyDeleteRock on! I really need a vacation and couldn't afford one right now if I could take the time to go away.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much!!
Oh, and I loved the big cats, stunning! But you can keep that alligator..lol
ReplyDeleteHow glorious! Whoever filmed this is a true artist, understanding the nuance of color and the vibrancy which fills one's soul with wonder while gazing. I'd like a much longer vacation with the dwarves, please. I'll be watching this over and over again.
ReplyDeleteWhat an adventure.... DO you do this often FD? I am so envious of your ability to travel though such a gorgeous country on powerful wings. EIGHT minutes WAS NOT ENOUGH. But thank you all the same. Nature is a most AMAZING GIFT....
ReplyDeleteThat was absolutely beautiful. I loved the cliffs along the ocean.
ReplyDeleteMan, did I need that! Greatly appreciated, Father Dragon. I knew you wouldn't hoard the entire pile of gold you have stashed in your cave. :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you for the amazing, 8 minute flight over your gorgeous country. I loved every minute of it, and forgot to look for the Yavin landscape. Dragon flight is truly the best type of flight!
ReplyDeleteAhhhh sigh. So when should I book my trip to the cave? Lovely lovely!
ReplyDeleteWow, loved the big cats and those waterfalls - simply amazing.
ReplyDeleteVery nice scenery and so relaxing....eight minutes well spent, thanks Al :)
ReplyDeleteThis was a real treat for the middle of my afternoon! Just beautiful. Thanks, Al. :)
ReplyDeleteI was wondering this morning whether you had ever read the books by Naomi Novik about the Chinese dragon Temeraire - the first book is His Majesty's Dragon. I enjoyed the series. the premise being dragons fighting during the Napoleonic wars.
ReplyDeleteJO ON FOOD, MY TRAVELS AND A SCENT OF CHOCOLATE
I have not had the pleasure, Jo but I will look for them. I like dragon stories, of course. :)
DeleteWow! I definitely needed that vacation! Such beautiful places!
ReplyDeleteThat was a lovely trip. So many cats. I loved the waterfall. And the wild horses in Sonora. That was a nice surprise. There are so many beautiful waterways, lagoons, and oceanic vistas. It was fabulous flying with you Father Dragon.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful and relaxing trip. Flying dragon is the best way to go. :)
ReplyDeleteNice. And with kitties!
ReplyDeleteHeather
Thanks for the smooth ride. I didn't even feel the scales. Very beautiful country you've got there, and I can feel you're pride in showing it off to us. I feel honored to have been your guest. Writer’s Mark
ReplyDeleteLovely country. Seeing the scenes of Sonora reminded me that when I was young I had a pen pal from there. Forty years ago. I wonder whatever happened to him.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Thanks for taking us on vacation!
